Two-party mediations: $250/hour per party. Three-party mediations: $200/hour per party. Four or more party mediations: $175/hour per party. Charges are divided equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations with less than ten (10) business days notice will result in a two (2) hour charge for a half-day mediation and a four (4) hour charge for a full-day mediation. There is a two (2) hour minimum charge for a half-day mediation and a four (4) hour minimum charge for a full day mediation. An administrative fee of up to one (1) hour may be charged in addition to the foregoing.
Arbitrations are billed at a rate of $500 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum for each hearing day reserved. Cancellations with less than ten (10) business days notice will result in a four (4) hour charge for each scheduled day. An administrative fee of up to one (1) hour may be charged in addition to the foregoing.
